STIFTINGA OSELVARVERKSTADEN

Stiftinga Oselvarverkstaden is a Norwegian foundation dedicated to preserving and building the Oselvar, a traditional wooden boat with over a thousand years of history along the southwest coast of Norway. The workshop builds Oselvar boats on commission, repairs boats, and offers consulting services related to documentation and assessment of traditional vessels. They also serve as an approved training establishment and engage in research, measurements, and cultural heritage conservation.
