STIFTELSEN RETRETTEN

Stiftelsen Retretten is a free Norwegian resource center in Oslo supporting individuals struggling with addiction, substance abuse, and those in or recently released from prison. They offer a wide range of services including yoga, NADA acupuncture, conversation groups, philosophy groups, and courses in life skills, communication, and relationship competence. The center also serves family members of those in active substance use and LAR patients, functioning as part of the aftercare system.
