STIFTELSEN BARNAS RETTIGHETER

Stiftelsen Barnas Rettigheter (BARNAS) is a Norwegian foundation dedicated to strengthening children's legal rights through advocacy, knowledge development, and litigation. The organization challenges legislators, courts, and public authorities to uphold children's rights as defined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. It collaborates with lawyers, academics, and interest organizations, including bringing landmark cases before Norwegian courts and the European Court of Human Rights.
