Stiftelsen Anker Studentboliger og Hotel is a Norwegian non-profit foundation dedicated to providing affordable student housing in Oslo, operating 2,665 housing units across seven central locations. To fund its mission, it runs commercial ventures including Anker Hotel (296 rooms), Bunks at Rode hostel, and approximately 12,000 sqm of commercial real estate across five Oslo locations. All commercial profits are reinvested to keep student rents low and develop new student housing.
