OEG is a training office for electrical trades in the Gudbrandsdalen region of Norway, supporting apprentices and member companies with administrative and practical tasks related to apprenticeship programs. The organization collaborates with upper secondary schools, member businesses, and the county municipality to guide apprentices through their training until completion of trade examinations. Member companies receive support for managing apprentices and trade candidates across the Gudbrandsdalen and Ottadalen valleys.
