CHILDREN AT RISK FOUNDATION STI

Children At Risk Foundation (CARF) is a Norwegian nonprofit that supports children in Brazil's poorest favela communities in São Paulo through activity centers run by partner organization Kolibri. They provide safe, stimulating environments to help at-risk children escape cycles of poverty, crime, and violence. CARF raises funds through individual donors, recurring givers, and corporate partnerships in Norway.
