Usbl is a Norwegian housing cooperative (boligbyggelag) based in Oslo that develops new residential properties, manages housing associations, and provides a range of property services including maintenance, legal, and insurance. Members gain priority access (forkjøpsrett) to over 90,000 homes across a network of housing cooperatives. The organization also offers board governance support, vocational courses for board members, and shared ownership schemes such as 'Leie til Eie' and 'Usbl Deleie'.
